My role includes organizing and preparing for everything recruitment; I’m here to make sure all Potential New Members feel welcome at Delta Zeta! My favorite part of the recruitment process so far is getting to know each and every active member, especially our youngest pledge class. It’s so nice to see how excited and passionate our members our to share our chapter, I can’t want to see so many new and amazing girls during the fall recruitment process!!

One of the best things about being a Delta Zeta is the immense support and encouragement to be truly and authentically myself. I’ve never felt so comfortable to express who I am as a person and what my goals are, no matter what I know all these girls have my back!

To future PNMs, my advice for you is to be truly and uniquely yourself throughout the entire process. Recruitment is so special in that you’re provided with a home away from home surrounded by girls who appreciate your authenticity. Trusting the process and staying true to yourself is so important! I can’t wait for you all to enter the Panhellenic community!!
